Through seminars, hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration, I have witnessed students evolve from curious learners into confident, innovative thinkers. The network doesn’t just teach biotechnology, it empowers young minds to solve real-world challenges with purpose and passion.’ Dr. Benjamin MANIRAKIZA
RBSN (Rwanda Biotechnology Students Network) is a student-driven organization uniting young scientists from across Rwanda. We empower students to explore biotechnology, connect through science, and innovate for a healthier and more sustainable future.
Our goal is to build a generation of biotechnology leaders who use knowledge, creativity, and collaboration to address real-world challenges in Rwanda and beyond.
Any student with a passion for science, biotechnology, or innovation can join whether in university, secondary school, or a science club. What matters most is curiosity, commitment, and the desire to make a difference.
Becoming a member gives you access to a national network of inspiring students and professionals, along with opportunities to participate in workshops, mentorship programs, hands-on experiences, research, leadership development, and innovative projects that create real impact.
